SHIPPING POLICY

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

 

Each order requires 1 business days for processing.

Usually, it takes approximately 4-7 business days for express shipping depending on different countries, areas and shipping carriers.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders.

 

Please note: Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes and fees the package will be abandoned and Snow Peak will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

 

CHANGING ORDER

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

CHANGING ADDRESS

If you receive an email notification that the shipment has been shipped, unfortunately the address cannot be modified.

If you have not received an email notification of the shipment, please contact support@alpicoolgear.com to confirm that the address can be changed.

PARCEL DELIVERY

If you order more than one item, we try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.

Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.

TRACKING ORDER

Once your order ships we’ll email you a confirmation that includes tracking. If you established an account on our website you can also login at any time to check status.

EXCHANGES

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged within 14 days after receipt. Email us and take a picture of the items you received at contact support@alpicoolgear.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
