Refund Policy

 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the guidelines below for returns of products purchased from https://alpicoolgear.com:

 

Eligibility for Return

You may return your Alpicool product within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is new, undamaged, and unmodified.
  • It is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale items are non-returnable.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact usat support@alpicoolgear.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive clear instructions on how and where to send your returned item(s).

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send items back until you have received confirmation from us.

 

Return Packaging Requirements

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • The product must be in original condition, including all original accessories, packaging, and manuals.
  • Damaged or modified itemswill not be accepted for a refund.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsiblefor return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or damaged products).
  • If the return is due to a defect or error, Alpicool will cover thereturn shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items (not caused by user error). If you need a replacement with the same item, please contact us at support@alpicoolgear.com.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately and provide photos of the damage. If the return is within 30 days, we will replace the item at no cost to you. After 30 days, please contact our Warranty Department for further assistance.
